Online Registration Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the Food City Track & Field at Abingdon High School. The meet will be April 22, 2020. We would like to get a minimum of 10 teams. Cost is $75 for a boys or girls team - $150 for BOTH teams - per high school.

A team is considered 5 or more athletes. For a school with 4 or less athletes, it will be $10 per event/per person.

We will close new team acceptance once we get 15 teams so as to try and still run an efficient meet; we do not want a late night. However, if we get some small schools with not many entries, we may add another team or two. *If Meet is closed you can email me and get on a waiting list.

Slipstream Timing will be running the meet. Meet is VHSL sanctioned.

Limit of 3 entries per event per team. Top three (3) finishers will receive Medals.

Meet T-shirts will be available for sale for $15 at the Concession stand.

**ATTN. COACHES: Tents go in top row of bleachers only - you can use BOTH sides of the stadium (home/away). NO BLUE TOOTH SPEAKER MUSIC PLAYING IN THE STANDS PLEASE!***

BUSES PARK IN THE LOWER (WEST END) PARKING LOT DOWN BELOW THE SCHOOL. DO NOT PARK UP TOP AROUND THE SCHOOL PLEASE. Tents allowed in top rows of bleachers - both sides of bleachers will be open.

****NO ONE ALLOWED ON INFIELD/FOOTBALL FIELD DURING MEET. Stay in bleachers or in bull pen area if called****

Coaches hospitality room to be provided.
