SANCTIONING: This meet will be sanctioned for Virginia & border states. If you are interested in attending from out of state please contact Matt Henry at SBHSTrack@gmail.com so that we will have time to secure sanction.
FACILITY: 8 lane all-weather track. Spikes of 1/4" (no longer) are recommended.
EVENTS: We will offer all standard outdoor track & field events contested at the state meet as well as an elite relay that is TBD.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS: 2020 entry limitations per event (for paid full teams):
Running events - 4 individuals (except the 200 and 1600 will be unlimited)
Fields events- 3 individuals
Relays- 2
Teams will be allowed unlimited entries in the 200m and the 1600m. These events will be contested on Friday May 8th with the exception of the fastest heats. The fast heats of the boys and girls 200 and 1600 will be contested on Saturday May 9th.
ENTRY FEE: High School $150.00 per gender per team (7 or more athletes) or $15.00 per individual event entry /$25 per relay entry. (Each paid team will also receive all day coaches hospitality access and meals from beginning to end of the meet on Saturday.

AWARDS: We will have awards
CONCESSIONS: There will be a concession stand during the meet.
T-SHIRTS: There will be 2020 Stone Bridge Invitational meet t-shirts for $20.00 and apparel available
ADMISSION: There will be an admission fee of $6.00 charged for all parents and spectators through the main gate. Athletes and Coaches may enter and leave the facility through the athlete gate located at the concession end of the stadium.
SCRATCHES: Please e-mail any scratches as soon as possible. You may scratch the day of the meet, but no additions or substitutions will be accepted on the day of the meet.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: All Teams will enter through Milestat at www.milestat.com. You must enter your team on Milestat in order to be entered in the meet. (No Exceptions) Coaches please be considerate and use accurate seeding marks to improve overall meet quality. Extra entries should be emailed to Matt Henry at SBHSTrack@gmail.com, no later than the entry deadline of TBD
