Make sure your team is registered on the Milestat site and then go to the 23rd SJHS Invitational and register your athletes.



Ten allowed in Male and Female Varsity Races

Unlimited in Developmental Race (grades 9-12 per VHSL ruling for 1A- 6A schools)

Coaches do not have to declare athletes' events until the meet day.

Additional Notes: Schools will be divided into either the BLUE or GREY divisions: Independents, 1A & 2A will be GREY, 3A-6A BLUE 

Schedule:

7:45 am Course available for tour & Friday evening until 5:00 pm

(use North end of course for warm-ups & cool-downs)

8:45 Coaches Meeting @ the finish line

9:15 Varsity Male Varsity Race (Top 10)

Varsity Female Varsity Race (Top 10)

Developmental Male-Unlimited

Developmental Female-Unlimited



All races will be run 10 minutes after the last runner finishes in the preceding race

Course: Boys-Girls-5,000 meters (Course is the same as last Year) Start in front of a fenced area and finish at the crest of the hill marked with finish line flags.

Awards: Trophies to the top 3 teams Varsity (Blue and Grey Divisions) Male and Female

Medals to the top 15 Male and Female Developmental (Blue & Grey)

Parking: Buses and teams will be parked on the right-hand side of the event area near the port-a-johns. Spectators will be directed to the north field



Admissions: Admission fee of $ 5.00 per vehicle, ALL VEHICLES MUST be parked in the event area.
