This event will be run on the redesigned Pole Green Upper 5K course. Due to Covid-19 state mandated social distancing restrictions, space is extremely limited. We will limit the event to 50 men and 50 women per race. Per state mandate, we are limited to 250 people at the event. For this reason, each race will be 1 hour apart and participants are required to leave after their race.

VERY IMPORTANT.....SPECTATOR LIMITS
-

Pole Green Park will strictly enforce the 250 person limit for our event. If you are a coach, please impress upon your athletes and parents that this race is a VERY special circumstance and we simply cannot have many spectators. For this reason we ask that each athlete only bring 2 parents for spectating. We cannot overstate the importance of keeping our numbers small. More detailed information will follow once athletes register (SEE ABOVE).
-

We will be following the Hanover County Parks and Recreation Phase 3 athletic field use protocol. To ensure the safety of our athletes, coaches, staff and spectators face coverings will be required at all times. Athletes can remove masks during warm up, racing, and cool down.

*Physical distancing for all athletes, coaches and spectators (outside of family units) on and off the course

*At packet pickup, all athletes and coaches are required to fill out a 4 question COVID19 questionnaire/waiver

Upon arrival athletes will proceed to the check-in table where their temperature will be checked, they will complete a short 4 question screening and sign a waiver.  Anyone with a temperature above 100.3 WILL NOT be permitted to race.
