Meet Procedures

• Mask must stay on, while out of a vehicle on school grounds, Social Distancing is required in the Stadium and in the Warm-up area 

• Teams will have designated parking areas in the parking lot. 

• Each team will have a designated area in the bleachers for staging their equipment and belongings 

• NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED- Competing athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers are the only people permitted entrance into the stadium. Athletes who are not competing must exit the infield and either go to designated bleacher area for their team; the Warm-up area; or to their vehicle and wait until 1st Call of their next event. Any athlete who is asked multiple times to exit the infield or an athlete who argues with an official when being asked to exit will be DISQUALIFIED from the meet and will be asked to leave the school's grounds. 

• No Re-entry until 1st Call of athletes' next event, if an athlete is not competing in another event then they must leave the school's grounds. Relays should check-in together 

• Athletes are encouraged to bring a bag to carry their belonging to and from the warm- up and competition areas 

• Event Check in will be at the table near the restrooms

• Athletes must be at the Starting Line of their event by 3rd Call 

• To keep the number of people in the bathroom low, athletes should arrive at the meet already wearing their competition clothing. 

• 8 athletes/heat in running event, may combine heats for 1600m and 3200m Runs 

• 4x200m relay in Lanes 

• 4x400m and 4x800 Waterfall Starts
