Teams will be limited to 70 entries(non-throwers) Entries do not have to be equal based on gender, but on overall roster. To maintain numbers, athletes who are not competing should not be in the stadium.
All coaches, athletes and helpers are required to wear masks. Athletes are to wear masks even when participating in their respective events.
