Entries will be done through www.vamilestat.com with no race-day changes.

Races conducted in lanes will be assigned by school with lane spacing between schools.

Field events will be contested by school - 4 attempts with no final

Visiting school will run a field event, with host school to provide support.

Visiting school will provide its own water, ice, and tape.

Host school will provide a trainer.

Host school will provide a starter, automatic timing, and all essential support.

No spectators will be allowed.

Schools will only be allowed in the school building to use restrooms.

Host school will determine meet continuance based on weather and temperature.

Warm-ups will not be allowed inside the fence.

Once the competitor has finished, he/she must leave the track area.

Blocks will be provided by host school.

Each competing school will provide their own shot and batons.

Thrown shots will be retrieved by the throwing competitor.

All competitors must wear school-issued top and bottom as outside layer. Hats and gloves may be worn.

Face covering must be worn on inside of the fence when not in direct competition.

No spikes longer than inch on any rubber surface.
