UNIFORMS AND SHOES: School uniforms required for all participants. Spikes must be 1/4 inch or less
STARTING TIME:
Field Events: 10:00am
Running Events: 10:30am
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no rain cancellation, though we do reserve the right to cancel/stop events if the conditions would prove too hazardous.
CHECK IN: There will be a brief coaches meeting at 9:45. We would appreciate if each team can provide at least one coach to assist with officiating.
PARKING: Please park in the gravel lot on the right side of VES Road, Opposite Westminster Canterbury (on the left). Use the back entrance to the track; the gate will be open. Please do not drive onto the school campus itself.
ENTRIES: Please submit entries by Thursday @ 12 pm. before the meet.
