Scoring: This is an unscored team invitational. Event winners get a t-shirt.

Field Events: LJ/TJ/SP and WT will each have 3 attempts in preliminaries. We will then take 8 athletes to finals in which they will have 3 more attempts.

Shot Put Weight-In(s): Implementweigh-in will take place at the site of the competition. All implements must be checked 30 minutes before the event starts in order to be used.

Takeoff boards: Long Jump 10'.Women's Triple Jump 26' and 32'.Men's Triple Jump 36' and 42'.

PV/HJ Opening Heights: Women's HJ (4'0") then by 2 inches, Men's HJ (5'0") then by 2 inches Women's PV (6'4") then by 6 inches, Men's PV (8'0") then by 6 inches,

Spikes: ONLY 1/4 pyramid is allowed on the fieldhouse surface. There will be a spike check at the check-in area is located outside the basketball arena.

Facility: 6 lanes (8 lane straightaway) 200 m flat Beynon BSS 1000 Hobart textured surface with the widest allowable NCAA turn radius. There are 2 LJ/TJ runways, 2 throwing areas, and 1 pole vault runway.

Team Area: Team camps will be located in the basketball arena.

Entries: First paid 14 teams max with 3 per individual event and 1 relay per school. Please enter via Milesplit.com. Entries close at noon on January 2th, 2022.

Entry Fee: $200 per team / $400 men's and women's combined. Payable by check or cash at the meet. $20.00 per athlete if a team has under 10 people.

Admissions: Spectator admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students 12 and under.  Children under 3 are free.

Athletic Training: Athletic trainers will be available. If you are not traveling with a trainer, please supply your own taping materials and arrange any use of modalities in advance. To combat the spread of COVID-19 while still conducting meets, we will enact the following procedures:

  • Roanoke College COVID-19 Attestation Forms must be complete within 24 prior to your arrival
  • Everyone in the building will be required to wear a mask unless actively competing.
  • Sanitation stations will be throughout the fieldhouse and arena.
  • Fans will be required to wear masks at all times inside the Cregger Center
  • Additional sanitation practices throughout the facility

Packet Pick Up/Official Check-In: Located in the foyer outside of the Men's Basketball Arena. There will be signs posted once you enter the Cregger Center Field House.

    Timing & Results: Snap Timing will be handling the timing/results of the meet. Final results will be posted at the entrance of the Cregger Center just outside the Field house. Meet results will be posted online as well at www.snaptiming.com and http://www.roanokemaroons.com.

    Athlete Bus Drop-off and Pick-up: Buses may drop off athletes in front of the Cregger Center. Buses can park in the Lower Olin Parking lot located down the hill of the Cregger Center.
