Meet Information
We should be able to get into Heritage by 6:00 pm at the latest and aim to start field events and 4x800s by 6:30.
Team Assignments: , Patrick Henry- High Jump/Triple Jump, Liberty- Long Jump/Triple Jump, BRK- Shot Put/ Triple Jump, LCA-Pole Vault/Clerking. All teams will help with zones for the 4x200 since its more complicated at Heritage.
Long and Triple will be 4 jumps-no finals. Pit will be open for no more than 1 1/2 hours for each. Shot put- 4 attempts- no finals
Blue Ridge will be timing so all coaches can coach.
