Meet: Powhatan Polar Bear

Schools Participating: Powhatan, James River, Clover Hill, Cosby, George Wythe
Starting Time: 4:00 pm
Admission for spectators: $6.00 Tickets must be purchased via www.GoFan.co No tickets sold at gate! (Coaches please notify parent/guardians)
Athlete limit: (8) in the running events (6) in the field events
Officials: FAT timing, starter and clerk
Coaches Officiating (Field Event Assignments):
- Girls Long Jump and Triple Jump: (James River)
- Boys Long Jump and Triple Jump: (Cosby)
- Girls and Boys Shot (Clover Hill & George Wythe)
- Hurdle Crew: (Powhatan)
**All Coaches of all participating schools are asked to please help out with the running of the meet where needed**
Meet Schedule:
Field Events: (4:00 pm)
- Girls LJ followed by Girls TJ, Boys LJ followed by Boys TJ, Girls Shot followed by Boys Shot
Running Events: (4:00pm) - Rolling Schedule - Girls run first
- 55 Hurdles
- 55 Dash
- 1600 Run
- 300 Dash
- 1000 Run
- 500 Dash
Hopefully done by 6:30pm
Check In: Running events athletes must check in with the clerk (middle of the infield), to get their hip numbers and lane assignments.
Field events athletes check in at the field events areas.
Covid Protocol: Everyone is encouraged to wear a facemask and stay socially distanced.
Restrooms will be open
Fieldhouse is only open to Powhatan Athletes.
No Concessions: Encourage your athletes to bring their own food/drink
