2022 Border Wars Indoor Track & Field Invitational
The Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast States have produced some of the nation's Top Track & Field athletes and teams! We decided to bring those States together in a head-to-head competition and bragging rights!
On Saturday, December 17, 2022, these athletes will descend upon Hampton, Virginia for the 2022 Border Wars Indoor Track & Field Invitational.

Invited States: Virginia | Maryland | North Carolina | West Virginia | Tennessee | Kentucky | District of Columbia
This meet will be governed in accordance with Virginia High School League Rules
Entries: Unlimited Individual and Relays; athletes can compete in a maximum of 4 events, including running, field, and relays.
Entry Fees: Combined Teams (Boys and Girls) - $300.00
A minimum of 10 athletes makes up a team; anything under 10 will need to pay an Individual Entry Fee.
Individual Fee under 10 athletes - $20.00 per athlete up to 4 events, including running, and field.
Teams will be allowed to pay by check for entry fees, please make checks payable to Final Lap Timing Group, LLC. School checks ONLY; personal checks will not be accepted.

Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be subject to weigh-in before the competition.
Starting Heights: Pole Vault - Girls: 7-0 | Boys: 9-0 (bar raised in 6 increments)
High Jump - Girls: 4-4 | Boys: 5- 4 (bar raised in 2 increments)
Minimum measured marks: In the LJ, TJ, and Shot each competitor will have their FIRST legal attempt measured, then the competitor must meet the following minimum standards to get a legal attempt.
Shot Put - Girls: 24-0 | Boys: 34-0
Long Jump - Girls: 15-0 | Boys: 18-0
Triple Jump - Girls: 28-0 | Boys: 34-0

Spectator Admission: $12.00 (Adults) | $5.00 (Youth, children 5 and under FREE)
