A. We will seed the meet slow to fast.
B. The 100m Dash(s), 100H, and 110H are sections on time finals.
C. The horizontal jumps and throws will be in flights. Top (9) advance to the final.
D. The 4x800m Relay(s): Girls 3:30pm Boys (10) minutes after the completion of the girls

1.0 Qualifying for the Class 6 Region B Championship Meet
1.1The top (6) individuals and the top (3) relays from each district advance to the Region B Meet.(Cardinal, Cedar Run and Commonwealth Districts)
PERFORMANCES ATTAINED IN CLUB SANCTIONED MEETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. If a club sanctioned meet performance is used; they will be deleted from entry. It is the coach's responsibility to ensure that all entries
are accurate, verified and meet VHSL requirements.
2.0 Entering the Class 6 Region B Championship Meet
2.1 All entries will be on milestat.com
2.2 Meet Password: OTREGB23
2.3 All entries will be done on Saturday May 20, 2023 by 10:00PM. Please make sure your rosters are up-to-date and names are spelled correctly. Please make sure your District Meet results have been posted on milestat before you do your entries.
2.4 THERE IS NO STRATCH MEETING.YOUR ENTRIES ARE DECLARED ONCE THE DEADLINE CLOSES.ENTER THIS CHAMPIONSHIP SO THAT YOUR ENTRIES ARE LEGAL.

2.6 THE SEEDED MEET PROGRAM WILL BE POSTED ON MONDAY MAY 23, 2023 BY 10:00AM
2.7The Declaration Rule is in effect. For example:you may enter an athlete in the 100m, 200m, and 4 x 400m, if you scratch the athlete from the 400m they may still run the 4x400m but you cannot add them to another event. If you are un-sure please contact me.However, if you enter an athlete in 4 running events plan on scratching during the meet that will otworkand the athlete will be deleted from the last events.
2.8 Rules: 2023 edition National Federation Rule Book and the 2022-23 edition of VHSL Handbook
2.9 Fill out the (6) slots for your relays and on your relay cards.Relays are declared when you turn in your relay card at check-in.

3.0 Qualifying for the Class 6 State Championship Meet
3.1 The top (4) individuals and the top (4) relays qualify for the Class 6 State Championship Meet ...
Class 6 State Meet is Friday and Saturday. June 2-3 2023 at Todd Stadium.
3.2 Please follow the guidelines for entering you athletes in the State Meet.
3.3 Dave Davis and Mike Feldman will verify state entries.

Shot Put: Hylton and Freedom-SR
Discus: Potomac and Colgan
Relay Umpires: Freedom-WB, Champe, Gainesville, Forest Park, Battlefield, Check-In: Osbourn Park & Patriot
Awards : Battlefield, Freedom, and Colonial Forge(2) per school; put medals in envelopers
5.0 Awards: Gainesville, Patriot, and Osbourn Park
5.1 Championship Trophy and Runner-Up per gender
5.2 Medals for the top three (3) Individuals and top three (3) Relays
