NOTES:
1) WE ARE BACK TO A TWO-DAY MEET. BE AWARE THAT EVENTS WILL RUN IN A NON-TRADITIONAL ORDER.
2) PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ONSITE PARKING FOR LARGE BUSES. DRIVERS OF LARGE BUSES MUST DROP AND GO.
3) THIS MEET WILL BE SANCTIONED BY VIRGINIA. TEAMS FROM BORDERING STATES (MARYLAND, NORTH CAROLINA, DC) SHOULD REACH OUT ABOUT SANCTIONING. PLEASE E-MAIL ME AT WAREM@STCVA.ORG IF INTERESTED.

ENTRIES
Entries should be submitted online via the Milesplit network (va.milesplit.com) and will close at 7 pm on Sunday, January 18. The number of athletes/relay teams that will be accepted for each event is listed below. We will accept the top athletes/relay teams, based on verified marks, up to the event limit. Accepted entries will be posted to Milestat on Monday, January 19. There will be no additions, substitutions, or updates permitted once registration has closed.
For each gender, there will be no more than two athletes per school per individual event and one team per relay event. All entries will be verified using MileSplit. With the exception of relays, verified marks from the 2024-2025 indoor season may be used. We will accept outdoor marks from the 2025 season for the 1600m/3200m and field events but not relays. Projected marks will not be accepted, nor will relay splits as marks for individual events. THIS MEET IS LIMITED TO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES ONLY.

ENTRY FEES
$10.00 PER INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FOR EACH EVENT/$30.00 PER RELAY PER GENDER
Entry fees will be due once the accepted entries list has been posted on Monday, January 19. Fees will be due for accepted entries only. Teams will not be charged for entries that are not accepted, but the fee will be due for any accepted entry whether that athlete/relay team competes or not.
Coaches will receive a "fees due" statement once accepted entries have been published. Please either send a check or bring one to the meet. If you are writing a personal check, please be sure to include the name of your school on the memo line. Checks should be made payable to "St. Christopher's School." Mailed checks should be addressed to:

WEATHER/MEET CANCELLATION
IF WE CANCEL THE ENTIRE MEET DUE TO WEATHER, WE WILL REFUND THE FULL ENTRY FEE. IF THE MEET IS CANCELLED ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY, WE WILL REFUND THE ENTRY FEES FOR THE CANCELLED DAY. IF WE RUN THE MEET THEN THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. A TEAM'S INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE WILL NOT BE CAUSE FOR A REFUND.
