The goal of this meet is to run one or two "Elite" heats/flights to give athletes trying to qualify for regional and state times/marks to get to go against top tier talent. There will be qualifying times/marks to get into the top heat/flights which will be announced later in the season. There will also be extra heats/flights after the top one or two to put kids in that you want to get in one more meet.

Individual Participation Rule (84-3-1 VHSL HANDBOOK) In one meet a contestant may compete in any number of field events but shall be limited to participation in only three running, except that a contestant who competes in the 3200 meter run may compete in only one other running event.Field Events: Field events (except HJ) will be done in flights with three jumps/throws and the top 9 advancing to the finals. Competitors must check in and check out of throw/jump events to report to the bullpen and will be granted a reasonable amount of time to return as determined by the field judge. Throws will have minimum distances that athletes must hit, but the first legal one will be measured for all throwers.

Girls Shot and Boys Discus will be the first throwing events and then will switch once completeImplements: Meet officials must verify event implements in front of the garage at 8:15.

Your team will not compete without submitting a check by the start of the meet.Entries: All entries must be entered on Milestat by 10:59 pm, Wednesday, May 13. 

There will be NO team awards as this meet is focused on individual qualifications.

Medals will be awarded to the top 6 place winners in each event. Individual winners will be announced following each event, and medals will be bagged for each team and given afterwards.

Admission: $7.00 per person. Athletes will be admitted in uniform only. Teams must enter together through GATE 5 at the far end of the stadium.Passes: The following passes will be honored: VASSP, NASSP, VHSCA, VIAAA and District passes (bearer only). Pass holders will be asked to sign a guest register.Concessions: The concession stand will be open with a wide variety of hot fresh foods and cold drinks.

Hospitality Room: Open to coaches and meet personnel only. Located in Team Room 1 at the end of the stadium opposite the scoreboard. It will be open from approximately 10:30 until 3:30. (NO athletes, managers, parents, etc. allowed. Please tell your athletes)Track Surface: Rubberized All Weather surface. (Flats and 1/4 inch spikes)Start/Finish Line: On the home side by the first turn.
