Cardinal District Meet #4 - April 15, 2026
THIS MEET IS OPEN TO CARDINAL DISTRICT TEAMS ONLY
Time | 2:00pm: Track will open (If a team needs to come earlier due to transportation, please contact me to let me know and I can arrange to house your student-athletes.) 3pm: Coaches meeting 4:00pm: Running & Field events will begin | ||

Entries | Entry Limitations: Please adhere to VHSL rules: 3 running events and unlimited field events unless doing the 3200m run, then the athlete is limited to 2 running events. | ||
Field Events | Field events will begin at 4:00pm 3 attempts - no finals - for Long Jump, Triple Jump, and Shot Put - First legal attempt is measured. Thereafter the following minimum standards must be met. *Pole vault will NOT be contested at the location but may be contested at your school* Athletes performing in another concurrent field event may check out, but the event will not be held for them. If they are not back, or have not completed their attempts by the time the event has ended, they will not be able to complete their remaining attempts. Boys Shot Put followed by Girls Girls Long Jump followed by Girls Triple Jump Boys Long Jump followed by Boys Triple Jump Girls High Jump followed by Boys | ||
Running Schedule | Girls will run first, then boys (Slow to Fast). Starting at 4pm with a rolling schedule. 4x100m Relay | ||
Admission | Admission is $7. Seniors 65+ and kids under 6 are free. | ||
Other Information | If your team is bringing a tent, per PWCS, they are not able to be placed in the stands. Your team must find a spot on the ground for their tent. FAT provided by Stafford Timing |
