Dominion District All Comers Track and Field Meets (2010-2011)
Dates and Sites:
Wed. Dec. 8 at Manchester
Wed. Jan. 12 at Midlothian
Wed. Jan. 26 at Monacan
Starting Time: 3:15pm Field Events and first running event.
Weather: Raining, meet cancelled; temperature at mid-day below 40 degrees, meet cancelled. Call the host school Coach if weather looks shaky.
Entries: Unlimited (within reason) in all running events. Coaches please dont load up the 55 dash with anybody and everybody such as shot putters and distance runners. It does take some time to run off a lot of heats.
Field events: Unlimited (within reason).
Seeding: Well try to seed the runners, according to ability levels.
Help: The host school Coach should try to get as much as possible. Each school should provide some help wherever needed. Lets pitch in as much as possible.

1000 Run
300 Dash
3200 Run
500 Run
1600 Run
Field Events: Will try to do as many field events as possible.
(Shot, Long Jump, Triple Jump and High Jump).
Well need help from all coaches and any other person that may be willing to help.
