#10 Noah Lyles' 20.71 200m to win World Youth Olympics
Our #10 performance of the year is none other then Noah-State-Champion-Lyles' 200m dash that ranked him all the way at third on the all-time list and if you count a meet in August as part of your outdoor track season then also a sophomore national record! The only two athletes ahead of him on the all-time list are LaShawn Merritt and Mustaqeem Williams who holds the record at 20.64.
Noah had quite the sophomore campaign but this performance more then any other stood out to us. He was the state champion in the 100 and 200 and also a part of a state champion relay. He easily showed us that those state records are very much in danger this year and that national records could also be in his sight. As a whole all of those performances and especially his 20.71 performance in China is why he is the holder of our #10 spot.
