9. Julien Webster (Catoctin, Junior)
Julien Webster has ran nearly identical times in her previous two races at Oatlands with a 21:22 performance in 2013 and 21:24 clocking last year in 2014, but the Catoctin junior has shown great improvement this fall as one of the state's more consistent performances. She has taken runner-up honors in her first three major invite races of the season to all quality competitors in Brit Lang at Brunswick Invite, Charlotte Kowalk at the Mountain Run, and Hayley Jackson at Maryland Track & Trail. Her last race was her first time under 20 minutes for 5K at Maryland Track & Trail in 19:54 from the 11:32 two miler on the track.
