Team War put on a show out in Tennessee. Though they lost many of their legs from their VA #2 all-time 3:39 4x400 last year, they still put together a pretty impressive performance this weekend to gain the VA #1 spot. They also put on a clinic in the 200m dash placing nearly their entire team in the top 10 it seems.

Karl ran a great race and had a huge personal best day. His 9:41 for two full miles almost beats his outdoor 3200m pr from a season ago. This was a really impressive time for the 3A sophomore. With Loudoun Valley now in 4A this means he could have a real shot at placing very high in the state 3200 as a sophomore.
