You know the competition is elite when Grant Holloway enters as anything but the favorite. He will definitely have the best chance of winning individually for VA as he attempts to break the state record and potentially national record in the long jump. He will have to leap over 26 feet to just win so while he's in the air he might as well just take down the records.
Tyler in the high jump will be up there and so will Williams in the triple jump. The guy though to watch will be Connor Scott in the Discus over on the throwing fields. He is flirting with some big throws already this season and if he launches a 190ft throw he is really in contention. Penn is thrower friendly.
