TRI MEET INSTRUCTIONS, JAMES MONROE HIGH SCHOOL
James Monroe HS will be hosting a Tri-Team Track and Field Meet between Chancellor H.S., Spotsylvania H.S. and James Monroe HS.
General instructions for the April 1st regular season meet are as follows:
Coaches Meeting will be at 3:30 pm. Meet starts promptly at 4:00 pm.
Entry restrictions include: 12 athletes per gender per Individual event and "A" and "B" Relay Teams.
Scoring: 5-3-2-1 for the top four (4) finishers in non-relay events. For relays your scoring relay team must be designated before the heat, with the top two relay team scoring 5-3.
Registration/Submission: Closes Sunday, March 29, 2015 @ 11:59 pm.
Facility: Eight lane rubberized track, one high jump pit, two long/triple jump runways, one shot put vectors and one discus vectors. All finishing times will be handheld and must be converted to FAT. JMHS does not have the facilities to support the pole vault.
