Important Information
Parking – ask your bus drivers to drop your team off at the driveway in front of the stadium and park on the driving range or student parking lot.
Reception-coaches and officials on the grass near the finish line. Coaches will be given ticket.
Warm-up area-football/soccer practice field only located behind the main stadium. Stay off the game football field.
Admission - $5 per person or $20 per family
Scratches/additions - we will take all scratches after the coaches meeting.  No additions!
Blocks – used in the fastest heats only.
Relays – run in the same format as post-season Championship Meets.
Uniforms – VHSL/NHSF guidelines.
Batons - Provided
Awards-presented after each event has been finalized and posted.  Presented on the infield by the coach of the winning team. LIVE Results!
Athletic Trainer-athletes are asked to provide your own tape and pre-wrap.  
Tents -may be put in the bleachers on the visitor’s side only or areas where there is not a high volume of traffic.
Field Events - 4 throws or Jumps (1 legal mark) (could change after Coaches Meeting)

Water - stations will be located around the track areas.  
Trash Cans-please use the trashcans located around the track and in the bathrooms. Hip numbers should be put in the trash cans after use. Please pick up trash in your areas before leaving.  We will provide each team with trash bags.
Valuables - GCPS is not responsible any stolen items.
Inclement Weather-if we have thunderstorms we will vacate the track areas and move into the high school main gym and auxiliary gyms.  Please stay within those areas. 
Concessions – located under the bleachers on the home side.
Bathrooms – located on both sides of the stadium. Please use trashcans and flush after use.
Supervision – please be aware of your athletes at all times.
