Meet Fees High School Entry Fees - $20 per athlete $175 for 9 or more athletes per team (combined boys and girls $350)
Boys and Girls teams are considered separate.
(Virginia high schools and boarding high schools can participate. This meet is sanctioned by VHSL)
Spectator Fee:$8 Per Day age 13 and older, Kids age 7-12 $4, age 6 & under free.

We are pleased to invite your school to the 8th Annual Boo Williams Winter Break Invitational, on Friday, December 16 and Saturday, December 17, 2016. The meet which is open to all high school athletes competing with their high school team.
Entries may close early due to large entries in the meet, so please enter early. If you have any questions, please email me at coachwill.moore@gmail.com.
Just a reminder, once an entry is accepted, the entry fee should follow. The fee is an entry fee and not a participation fee. A check, money order or a purchase order is needed in order to compete the day of the meet.
Concessions: Food & Drinks Available (NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED) YOU CAN BRING WATER, GATORADE AND FRUIT ONLY!

Due Date is Tuesday, December 13, 2016. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE MEET. Just a reminder, that once an entry is accepted, the entry fee should follow. A check or purchases order is needed in order to compete the day of the meet.
