Coaches,
We are pleased to invite you to the Titan-Trojan Invitational. This meet will be co hosted by Cosby and Midlothian high schools at Cosby’s newly resurfaced track in Midlothian, VA.

FACILITIES: Cosby has an 8-lane 400 meter all-weather surface that was resurfaced in July, 2016. High jump and horizontal jump surfaces are also all-weather. Throwing circles are concrete.
WE DO NOT HAVE POLE VAULT-per Chesterfield County policy

ENTRY FEE: $125 per gender or $250 for boys and girls. The meet is limited to a maximum of 20 teams. To reserve your spot, please send an email to bryan_still@ccpsnet.net, there will be a password to enter the meet. The first 20 paid and confirmed teams will be accepted.

ENTRY LIMITS:
3 ENTRIES PER EVENT

ENTRY PROCEDURE:
All entries must be done online via the Milestat system.

COACHES HOSPITALITY:
Meals will be provided for coaches during the meet.

COMPETITION PROCEDURE:
Starting height for high jump will be set when entries are complete
Long jump/triple jump - 3 attempts, no finals
Shot put/ discus - 3 attempts, no finals
All races will run girls followed by boys, seeded sections slow to fast


AWARDS:
For individual events, the top 3 places will receive medals and places 4-6 will receive ribbons . For the relays, the winning relay team will receive medals.
The winning boys and girls teams will win a plaque. The top 6 places will score, 10-8-6-4-2-1.

CONCESSIONS:
Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.

T-SHIRTS:
T-SHIRTS will be sold to commemorate the first ever Titan-Trojan Twilight Invitational.

ADMISSION:
$5.00 per person, children under 6 admitted free. Athlete and coaches will enter through the Athlete/Coach gate.

PARKING:
All bus and spectator parking in the stadium parking lot.

3:00- Coaches Meeting

3:30- Field events begin
Boys Long Jump, followed by Boys Triple Jump
Girls Long Jump, followed by Girls Triple Jump
Boys High Jump, followed by Girls High Jump
Boys Discus, followed by Girls Discus
Girls Shot Put, followed by Boys Shot Put

4:00-Running events begin- All races run in sections and winners based on time (Girls followed by boys)
