Entry Fee: 30.00 Per Team, 60.00 Per School

5.00 Per Individual if you don’t have a full team

5th-6th Grade race free

Make checks to Lebanon High School (Attn: Travis Hooker, Lebanon Cross Country)

Entries: Unlimited runners in middle school, Varsity and Junior Varsity limited to 7 runners per team. Please mail all entries to thooker@russell.k12.va.us. Entry deadline is September 30th.

Course Information – This meet will be electronically scored and timed. The course will be on a unique, scenic, yet challenging 5k on all grass surface. Course is great for spectators and coaches to watch the action.

Directions: Go to Lebanon an take exit 2. Take a left off highway to the first light and take a left. You will see Lebanon Primary School on the right; you can park buses at the top of the school
