DATE/TIME: Saturday, March 26, 2011 9:30 a.m.
PLACE: Centreville High School, 6001 Union Mill Rd., Clifton, VA 20124.
ENTRY FEE: $200 per school (If boys and girls teams are separate, each team is $100). Make your checks out to the Centreville High School attention Givon Holmes.
ENTRIES: Two relay teams per school in each event (A & B relay). 4 entries in the FR 1600 meter run. Each field event is a two person relay.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Tuesday, March 22, 2011 by 11 p.m. Entries will open Saturday, March 12th on www.milestat.com
PARTICIPATION RULES: Each athlete may compete in three running events and any number of field events.
AWARDS: Individual awards will be given to the top three relay teams in each event. Trophies will be given to the top three Boys and Girls teams.
SCORING: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
FIELD EVENT PROCEDURES: You are allowed to teams of two for field events. Both athletes must mark in order to count in the team scoring. There will be no finals. There will be no Discus or Pole Vault. The best performance for each athlete in the relay will be added together to determine the winning relay. Because we are not having discus, team may choose to enter a third shot put relay.
Girls will run first. There will be no set time schedule. The meet will run continuously.
