1. Take 1-95 South
2. Take exit 79 to merge onto I-195 S toward Powhite Parkway
3. Continue onto VA-76 W/Powhite Parkway
(Note: Powhite Parkway. Initial toll - 70 cents. Ending toll - 75 cents ($1.45 total).
4. Continue to end of Powhite Pkwy to Charter Colony Pkwy/Old Hundred Rd light intersection.
5. Turn left at Charter Colony Pkwy/VA-754.
6. Turn left at first light section - Genito Rd/VA-604
7. Take 2nd right onto Kelly Green Ln.
8. Take 2nd left to Stadium/Track entrance & parking lot area.

From Charlottesville/West of Richmond
1. Take I-64 E
2. Take exit 175 to merge onto VA-288 S toward Chesterfield
3. Take the VA-76 S exit toward Old Hundred Rd
4. Merge onto Old Hundred Rd/Powhite extension
4. Continue to end of Powhite Pkwy to Charter Colony Pkwy/Old Hundred Rd light intersection.
5. Turn left at Charter Colony Pkwy/VA-754.
6. Turn left at first light section - Genito Rd/VA-604
7. Take 2nd right onto Kelly Green Ln.
8. Take 2nd left to Stadium/Track entrance & parking lot area.

From Newport News/East of Richmond
1. Take I-64 W
2. Take exit 200 for I-295 toward US-60/Washington/Rocky Mt NC
3. Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-295 S
4. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-295 S/US-60/Rocky Mt NC
5. Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-295 S
6. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-295 S and merge onto I-295 S (3.1 miles)
7. Take exit 25 to merge onto VA-895 W/Pocahontas Parkway toward Richmond (7.5 miles)
(Note: Pocahontas Parkway is a toll road. $3 toll)
8. Continue onto VA-150 N/Chippenham Parkway (6.4 miles)
9. Take the US-360 W/Hull St Rd. ramp to Amelia (0.1 miles)
10. Merge onto US-360 W/Hull Street Rd (5.5 miles)
11. Turn right at Genito Rd/VA-604 (2.5 miles)
12. Turn left at Kelly Green Ln
13. Take 2nd left to Stadium/Track entrance & parking lot area.

Teams Invited: Limited to first 15 schools to send entry fee checks.

Field Events - 4 Entries Per Event
Sprint/Hurdle Events - 5 Entries Per Event
Distance Events - 6 Entries Per Event
Relay Events - 2 Entries Per Event

Entry Fees:
$4 per individual event
$15 per relay.
$100 max per gender team.
$200 max per school.

Entry Deadline: Must enter online through MileStat.com by 10:00 PM on Wednesday, March 30th.

Awards: Top 6 individuals and top 3 relays will receive medals.

Concession: Concession stand will be open through duration of meet.

Admission: $5 admission fee for all spectators. Children 6 years old or under are free.

Field Events: 4 Attempts - No Finals in long jump, triple jump, shot put, and discus. Open pit for jumps.

Starting Heights:
Boys High Jump - 5'2"
Girls High Jump - 4'2"

Running Events: Sections will go from slow to fast on a rolling time schedule.
