Good luck to the newest addition to the Denbigh High School coaching staff, Robert Foster. Help bring Denbigh back to the prominence you and I once knew.

Look at the Eastern Region Mee. You will see that Calvin(Smiley) Holmes ran 13.70 in the 110s. You'll see that the mile relay ran 3:14.

We definitely need to update this site. This site does an injustice to everyone that this program was built on. We beat Bethel High School in 3:14 and 3:15 on the same day in the 4x400. Ronald Coleman ran either 46 or 47 in the quarter, Calvin Holmes ran 13.67 in the hurdles, Robert Foster ran 21 something in the 200 and 10.3 in the 100. Our 4x100 ran low 42 something. Our 4x200 placed third in the state meet running 1:26 without our A team being put together. We also had Steve Sayles. He was a 6'10" high jumper that won the state meet to beat out former Detroit Loins standout Herman Moore. I see you have some of our former teammates on here but you missed alot of times and distances.
