Northern Region's Top Returnees for 2013 Outdoor Season

A list of the top returning individuals in each event among Northern Region Region schools from last year's outdoor season and links to full returnees rankings lists in each event. Annandale's Alex Ellison was a regional champion at 100 meters and regional runner-up last spring at 200 meters before a strong state outdoor meet as a state runner-up in the 200 and third place finish in the 100 meter dash finals. The outdoor season will be interesting and competitive among the Northern Region sprinters between Ellison, James Robinson's Ayo Raymond, and Mount Vernon's Michael Thomas-Brown all having realistic shots at being the region's fastest this spring.
