Group 4A classification virtual meet cross country rankings based on 5K season best performances in the database as of October 7th. Midlothian's Brittany Whitt has been one of the most improved runners in the state this fall. The senior Whitt had a 5K personal best of 20:09 prior to this season, which she has already lowered her PR under 19 minutes with a 18:39 clocking at the adidas XC Challenge. Whitt also has two top five finishes in invitaitonals this season at Great Meadow Invite (5th) and in the seeded race at Great American (4th). Whitt is leading a Midlothian squad which includes two track athletes in hurdler Alice Babashak and sprinter Gabby Runge running varsity that is trying to work some end of season magic to run down top ranked Jefferson Forest.
