Group 4A Boys (Friday 1:45 PM) Preview: It has been since 2010 that the Midlothian boys won their last cross country state team title, so it seems due for the program to win another after 4 state titles and 4 state runners-up in a 11 year stretch from 2000 to 2010. The new 4A classification is certainly benefiting them and increasing their chances to win a 5th title for the Midlothian program. They will be strong favorites with a front-loaded lineup that could potential sweep the top three places individually between senior Tommy Mulroy (15:37 5K), junior Evan Benjamin (15:40), and Collin Hahn (15:48). The three runners might end up having an individual battle between their own teammates on who wants to grab the individual state crown.
