With a 10.31 time last outdoor season, the hands down favorite not only repeat as state champion but to shatter all sorts of records is Forest Park's Mustaqeem Williams. Williams, who was the indoor state champion in the long, triple, and 55m, will be at it again this outdoor season trying to help lead his team to another state title. He will however have some fast competition at the 6A level from Isiah Harper of Grassfield who went 10.62 last year.
