While many head off to their spring break destinations to do anything but running, Blacksburg junior Peter Dorrell was out to take care of business while in sunny Florida as he ran a personal best 1600 meter time of 4:15.72 to finishing second at the Florida Relays hosted by the University of Florida in Gainesville. He picked a great race to produce his best time with 7 runners in the race at 4:20 faster with Joseph Franklin taking the win in 4:14.64. The Blacksburg junior now has the fastest time in the state, but it may be shortlived depending on Axel Mostrag's performance in the mile Saturday at the Arcadia Invite.
