This weekend, right as the weather is getting cold, a few Virginia teams are heading south to heat things up down at Disney. Leading the way in this front will be the starting five from Lake Braddock high school in Burke, Va. They will be joined by their county neighbors Brentsville District (Oatlands Team Champions) and James W. Robinson. Also joining these Northern Virginia teams will be Mountain View high school who is home to the meet record holder, Thomas Porter (class of 2009). Though this course is not quite WakeMed fast, with the right conditions and not too much heat things could get very fast down south this weekend.
Let's not forget though that this isn't an old Northern Region meet and that there will also be some fast Florida teams there too! Check out all the competition, including how the teams shape up below.
