Libby Davidson (So.) VA #1 17:07
The clear favorite to make this list is E.C. Glass' Libby Davidson who not only won the 4A State title but did so in state meet record fashion running 17:12 as a sophomore. She also has remained undefeated all year and is one of the few girls in the entire nation that can say she has yet to be beaten. She is also the Great American, Knights Crossing, MileStat.com, and numerous more champion.
