5. Alex Maguire 

US #1 4:20.63 - 1600m 

Not only is this time a US #1 time but it is also a time that would be well inside the top 10 last year and is also an 11 second indoor personal record for Alex. He is in the though 6A North Region so he will have to do better then this if he wants to hold onto his place but let's be honest, 4:20 this early in the season is nothing but impressive!
