Podcast interview with Oakton senior Joe Lorusso. Lorusso leads one of the state's top teams heading into this season following a 2005 state champion season and 2006 state runner-up season. The Oakton senior will one of the favorites for the Northern Region title and one of the state's better individuals as the third returnee from last year's AAA state race behind Jason Witt and Thomas Porter. Lorusso has personal bests of 4:16 for 1600 meters, 9:30 for 3200 meters, and 16:09 for 5K.
