Another Central District Cross Country Championships on Wednesday at Pocahontas State Park looks to bring another dominating performance by the Thomas Dale boys as Coach Bob Gulley has another group to continue their long standing streak of district team titles.
With the top three individuals in the district, the Knights are expected to win once again while Prince George and Matoaca are their top challengers in the Central District. Thomas Dale teammates Nathaniel Kistner (pictured right by John Herzog) and Eric Williamson are the top two returnees from last year's district race as second and third place finishers in 2006. Williamson has a season best of 17:18 at the Lee-Davis Invite, while Kistner went 17:36 two weeks ago at the Albemarle Invite. Expect a 1-2 finish at least by Kistner and Williamsons
