10.21! Noah Lyles Wins National Title w/ #13 Fastest Time Ever!

Despite pouring rain and a false start right next time him, Noah Lyles blazed the track in historic fashion crossing the line in 10.21. This time is not only a state record, it is #13 all-time in the nation and good enough for his second national title and his first outdoor national title.

Noah said it best after the race when he just kept looking back at the scoreboard: " Man, doesn't that time just look good? I just can't stop looking at it".

The entire state of Virginia agrees with him with regards to that statement. It shows us just what he is capable of doing now that he, as a junior, holds both the 100 and 200 state records. They did run the 100m dash finals in the reverse direction because of the wind but luckily for Lyles the wind died down and his run was a wind legal time.

He runs the 200 Sunday in an attempt to come back to Virginia with a whole car load of National Titles.
