Lauryn Ghee opened her season in a big way with a solid US #1 opener at CNU in the 300. She was the 100 and 200 state champion at the 6A State Meet and will likely be gearing towards a sprint sweep bid this season. Watch her time progression though as she should be able to run under 38 this season as a junior.
