The runner-up trophy though becomes a little more interesting. That of course leads us into the 4x400 with some trophies on the line.

Norcom enters as the top seed but this race is very open and if they do not run their "A" squad we are in for a show. It will be hard for someone to catch Blacksburg but it is going to be a close race and anything can happen.
Individually Amira Aduma is going for some major points as she has already tallied up 28 points by finishing second in the 300H and winning both the long jump and 100m dash.
