Girls 4A
The question in 4A this year is will history repeat itself? Last year, E.C. Glass kept the team trophy in Lynchburg with a high scoring distance squad but this year they are not as deep and the competition is just as stiff.
Giving the Hilltoppers the toughest competition will be Midlothian and Liberty Christian Academy.
The three ladies to watch for these teams and the team title will be Madison Anderson (Midlo), Maddie Rennyson (E.C. Glass), and Gracie Jauch (LCA). If each of these girls steps up and scores just two or three more points than what is on paper then they will win the team title. It is that close of a meet.
There is another big question out there and that is regarding which Libby Davidson we will see. We know she is still getting back to her former shape but how good is her fitness now. Noel Palmer, Natalie Morris, and many others are going to push her making for a great state meet once again.
