She also tossed 124-04 feet in the discus for fifth. Nava posted a 14:48.30 in the 5,000, 11 seconds ahead of his nearest competitor and 18.72 seconds faster than Sean O\'Flaherty\'s school record of 15:07.12 (1998).

Also taking in top five finishes on the women\'s side were Patricia Coughlin (Penacook, N.H.) in the 100 hurdles (5th/15.80) and pole vault (5th/9-06.25), Kwadena Caple (Richmond, Va.) in the long jump (5th/16-01.75), Ashley Camden (Corunna, Ontario, Canada) in the shot put (5th/37-11.25) and the 4x400 relay team with a time of 4:06.68 (3rd). Dilyn Gerber\'s (Camden, Mich.) and Ben Ralls\' (Franklin, Tenn.) fourth place finishes in the shot put (49-05.50) and pole vault (13-00.00) respectively set new school marks. T.J. Stahl\'s (Vienna, Va.) fifth in the hammer (174-10.00), along with Jeremiah Spence\'s (Riner, Va.) sixth in the discus (139-02.00) and Giancarlo Maragni (Irwin, Pa.) eighth in the 110 hurdles (15.74) were school record performances as well.
