Hannah Ballowe is a superstar. She ranks all-time in the 1K and 800 and is on the cusp in the mile both indoors and outdoors. Cross Country though is somewhere she could have a huge breakthrough.
She has won nine individual state titles in three years but most impressively has only run XC once, last year. That means she has yet to show us how truly fast she could be over the 5K distance. Currently she owns a personal best of 18:28 at the MileStat Pole Green Course.
Even though she is one of the top returning runners in the state we believe if she puts in the training this summer to take XC serious then she could be a sub 18 runner come this October.
