However, if you want your team and athletes on the meet t-shirts, you will need to have your athlete entries online in by 9 am on Monday as our vendor needs the names sooner than our actual entry deadline.

If your team still has an outstanding entry fee balance, can mail your check into Lee-Davis High School, pay online thru paypal in the entry system, or bring a check to the meet to pay any balance owed after entries closed. Race Assignments

Race assignments will be posted late on Monday night after entries close on the website as well as emailed out to coaches. We will be using a virtual meet projection based on this year AND last year's season best times of your runners to rank the teams as well as other factors to place teams. If your team has a legitimate travel/time restraint conflict such as Homecoming on Saturday evening please let me know so I can put your teams into earlier race divisions. Below can find current virtual meet projections to get an idea of how your team ranks in the meet field.

Warm-Ups Prohibited On Park Roads

Hanover County Park and Recs want to coaches to be aware that no warm-ups are allowed by runners on the park roads leading into and out of the park. With the high level of traffic and vehicles, its a safety risk to have your runners running on the roads. We have a whole section of the old course that goes back into the woods with trails that teams can utilize for warmups and cool downs as well as parts of the meet's course when races are not underway. Please communicate to your athletes that they are not allowed to run on the roads at all during the meet and need to stay on the park's trails and fields for warmups and cool downs.

Looking forward to having everyone at this year's event! This should be one of our biggest and best yet with 136 teams scheduled to run as of 1 PM on Sunday! Contact me with any questions.
