14. Na'Taja Ballard (Western Branch)
Last year Na'Taja Ballard made a name for herself thanks to huge performances at the state and national meet. She didn't have a killer indoor season but if she improved just 1% she should end the season as one of the three biggest stars in our entire state. Her events will likely be the 55, 300, and 500.
