Winning the award for most improved is Rylan Pettit who went from VA #40 as a junior to VA #4 as a senior. That was in no small part thanks to running 15:10 this year. He not only wins this award for his time on the course but also how he finished 4th in 4A this year which was hands down the toughest classification.
