Laila Owens from Fort Bend Bush High School (TX) ran the fastest time in the nation on Friday night at the Texas A&M High School Invitational clocking a 54.76. In the same prelim heat Marble Falls High School (TX) sophomore, Bailey Goggans ran the fastest sophomore 400m time in the nation clocking a 55.51.
