Our pre-season number one is MC Heinen. She is the top returner based on time and an 11 time state champion. Her personal best of 17:42 also ranked as one of the top 100 returning times in the entire nation.
Mary Caroline is on a mission this cross country season. She, and Maggie Walker, have moved to Class 3 and she wants to prove a point that she is still the girl to beat no matter the classification. She also is squarely focused on making the Foot Locker national team.
